South Morocco, 8 days. One
week to go through the South of Morocco on the tracks of the Berber.
Day
1 : Ouarzazate
Arrive in Ouarzazate, where you will be able to visit the Glaoui
kasbah of Taourirt which sheltered members of the Glaoui dynasty
and their servants.
Day 2 : Zagora
The road of Ouarzazate to Zagora crosses surprising lunar and chaotic
landscapes.
At the end of day you will reach Zagora, door of the desert, the
heart of a beautiful oasis.
Day 3 : Merzouga
It
is here that you will cross, in the
slow pace of camels this mountain of golden sand. You will be able
appreciate the pure beauty of the landscape before reachingyour
camp in the desert. Enjoy this day in the desert, taking the time
to admire the ever-changing light on the dunes, which are always
the same, yet always different.
In the evening, by a campfire under the starry sky, the traditional
musicians will help you to catch the spirit of the desert.
Day 4: Rissani.
Discover the desert region, its isolated oases and the black desert.
Visit Rissani's palm plantation and the old kasbahs. In the evening,
return to Merzouga, to take advantage of the peace and tranquility
of the desert.
Day 5: Gorges
of Dadès.
Wake to the sunrise
on the dunes before resuming the trip in the direction of the Dadès
gorge for
discovering the life in the mountains. A night in a hotel in the
heart of gorge.
Day 6: Valley
of Dadès, road of the thousand kasbahs.
Walk for a while in the stillness of mountains and appreciate the
isolated lifestyle of the Berbers in the mountains. Everywhere,
you will discover a new scene of daily life.
Spend the night in the heart of gorges.

Day 7: Ouarzazate,
Aït Benhaddou
Return towards Ouarzazate through the city of El Kelaa-m Gouma,
known for its manufacture of rose water. You will have the occasion
to calmly appreciate the fresh oasis and palm plantations, numerous
kasbahs and landscape of the Middle - Atlas. You will visit one
of the best preserved kasbahs in Morocco : Aït Benhaddou. It
dates from the 15-th century and is particularly famous as the set
of numerous films of made in Ouarzazate's studios.

Day 8: Ouarzazate.
